We believe that Fitness plays a major role in everyones health and well-being.
FamFit & Rehab offers different styles of group workouts. Each workout will be led by a certified Fitness expert to teach and guide every workout. You can expect classes like HIIT, TABATA, Yoga, and Meditation.
All New Clients must go through our 1 on 1 personal training sessions. In these personal training seesion we will work on perfecting posture and breathing techniques. Once the 1 on 1 sessions are done then you graduate to group activities.
